JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

The Finance function is responsible for providing transactional accounting services; treasury, financial planning, analysis, reporting and commercial finance support to all business units and functions throughout Computershare, across all global locations.
The AP Analyst role operates within this function at a global level and must deliver within strict internal, legal, regulatory and customer requirements. The guidelines include successful delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards. The role must also work collaboratively across other global Finance teams, supporting continuous improvement and project related activity

As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be expected to support the delivery of services to the global business under the direction of the AP Manager Global. As a member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible collaborating with other Finance teams to ensure that output is fit for purpose for both the finance function and the wider business.

Some of the key responsibilities will include
- Supports the daily Operations in the AP team with particular focus on the region you have been allocated
- Supports the outsourced vendor relationship where required
- Assists with new process implementations
- Performs QA and reports findings to the AP Manager
- Reviews, verifies and inputs vendor invoices into ERP
- Administer the T&E corporate credit cards and the expense audits.
- Manages risks & issues and ensure those are resolved or escalated on timely basis.
- Acts as point of contact & escalation to support requests from finance and non-finance teams.
What will you bring to the role?
Good knowledge of the AP function in a large, regulated environment. Experience of working in a matrix structure and of communicating across a broad spectrum of stakeholders. A high level of diplomacy. The ability to show rational prioritisation and be able to communicate this. Able to identify own development needs and plan/complete development activities to address these
Other key skills required for the role include;
Qualifications
- Job level work experience
- AAT Certification preferred
- GCSE (Maths, English)
- Experience Oracle - Advantageous
